ANNOUNCEMENT OF DEMATERIALISATION
In accordance with the article 7§ 3 of the law of the December 14, 2005 relating to the suppression of bearer instruments, the company Ecodis has adapted its articles of association in June 2007 in such a way that its shares listed on the Alternext Market organized by Euronext Brussels under ISIN code BE0003871887 are dematerialized by right since January 1, 2008 and that they are registered in account-titles. Ecodis has appointed the settlement organisation Euroclear Belgium (C.I.K. SA) in order to ensure the custody and the settlement of the above-mentioned shares.
